Website and commercial services
The public website explains HALTSEAL, the Cross-Path Payment Assessment, and the scope of the available technical evidence. Its browser demonstration uses synthetic information and does not initiate payments. See the Evidence page for the versions, environments, and limits associated with published results.
New paid engagements with HALTSEAL Inc. require an accepted written agreement before work begins. For an existing standard pilot order this remains the Integration Pilot Agreement affirmatively accepted for the named customer before payment, with readiness and kickoff separately agreed. Custom services use a separately accepted proposal or service agreement. That agreement identifies the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, fees, timing, and applicable data handling terms. See Paid engagements in the Website Terms.
A website inquiry, demo booking, or AI-guide conversation does not authorize paid work. Updating the website operator does not by itself assign, replace, or amend an existing agreement; its named parties and terms continue to govern unless properly changed.
Brands, materials, and intellectual property
Rights in website materials, technology, software, patents, and marks are held by their respective rights holders. The website operator does not necessarily own every right discussed on the website.
The Website Terms permit ordinary review of public materials. A downloadable component's own license governs that component. Publication on this website does not grant additional patent, commercial implementation, or trademark rights beyond an applicable express permission or license.
Third-party names identify the relevant organizations or technologies. Their appearance does not, by itself, imply a customer relationship, endorsement, partnership, or implemented integration.
Applicable notices
The Privacy Notice explains how information is handled in connection with this website and direct HALTSEAL inquiries. Security describes the public website and evidence boundaries. The Responsible Disclosure Policy governs the research it expressly authorizes.
These HALTSEAL notices apply to the scope they describe. Links to other websites do not incorporate those websites' policies into these notices. Separate written agreements and component licenses apply within their own stated scope, subject to applicable law.
The version and dates above identify this publication. If the website operator changes, the applicable notices will identify the new operator and the actual effective date. The previous published Website Terms, Privacy Notice, Legal Notice, Security statement and Responsible Disclosure Policy remain available. Version 2.3.0 remains available through the same versioned address pattern, including its Privacy Notice and Website Terms. Other earlier versions may be requested through the legal contact. Existing orders and research conducted within a previously applicable authorization retain their original protections.
