Your pilot, clearly scoped.

What you purchase

One nonproduction workflow and up to two customer-controlled software paths, evaluated using the reviewed local Payment API and published Python or JavaScript SDK. Deliverables are a written workflow scope, records of the agreed recovery cases, remaining conditions and a written integration decision. A held or blocked path may be a correct finding. The pilot does not promise a favorable result or prevented losses.

What your team provides

A payment owner, an integration engineer, a permitted nonproduction environment, a mapping of the same payment across the included paths, and approved sanitized or synthetic inputs. Use the online setup form for non-confidential context. Any confidential exchange or customer-system access requires separately agreed handling and authorization.

When delivery begins

Payment reserves the standard evaluation. After you submit setup, both parties confirm readiness, the exact included paths and a kickoff date by email. The 10-business-day delivery period starts at that accepted readiness and kickoff. New prerequisites or scope changes require written agreement. Payment does not create immediate production access.

Price and payment

$2,500 USD, paid once through Stripe. No recurring subscription is created. The checkout total is shown before payment. Stripe processes payment details and issues the paid invoice. Online scope acknowledgement and payment accept this standard order; a separate call or custom proposal is not required to buy it. Any separate signed customer agreement expressly covering this order takes precedence.

Cancellation and an unsuitable setup

You may cancel before kickoff for a full refund. If readiness review finds the standard pilot cannot cover your workflow and no acceptable kickoff is agreed, we cancel and refund the pilot fee. Contact scott@haltseal.com with your order reference. Refunds return through the original payment method; bank posting time depends on the payment provider.

After kickoff, completed milestones are provided and retain their fee allocation: written workflow scope $500; recovery test records $1,500; written integration decision $500. If work stops, uncompleted milestones are refunded. HALTSEAL does not charge for extra work without a separate agreement. Applicable mandatory rights are preserved.

Work that needs a separate scope

Native-provider adapters and qualification, manual bank portals, production enforcement or hosting, custom SDK development, additional workflows or paths, uptime commitments and ongoing support. The pilot includes setup assistance and the joint exercise within the agreed nonproduction scope during the evaluation period.
